Romans 6:13 says “offer every part of yourself to him [God] as an instrument of righteousness.”
I take this to include your butt.
We are expecting that God is going to see our hearts and bless our efforts and bring many new people to Northstar on Easter.
Here’s a few simple ways you can use your butt as an instrument of righteousness when you attend our services this Sunday:
1) When you are finding a seat, move your butt to the center of the row so people who come in after you are able to easily find a seat.
2) As you sit down, move your butt next to another butt. I know your butt likes its personal space, but this will ensure we have space for as many people as possible.
3) Take your butt to the Theater or Axis venue. This will provide another space for someone who might be new in the main auditorium.
4) Park your car in the Regions Bank, Hancock Bank, Winn Dixie, or Hutt parking lots and then haul your butt over to the Northstar campus (we will provide a shuttle from your car to the front entrance to help 23rd street drivers avoid the temptation to run your butt over).
“Whether, then, you (sit) eat or drink , or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.” – 1 Cor. 10:31 (NIrV – New International Roy Version)
